What is a Print & Apply System

This type of applicators combines a label printer with a label applicator.
The print engine is a high-speed printing module built to withstand industrial use. We offer our labeling machines with a choice of print engines from the market’s leading brands: Zebra and Sato.
Print Apply labelers are ideal for labels with high resolution text, barcodes, batch numbers, variable data, any information, and images on all types of products, especially boxes, crates, and pallets.
Print apply labelers are essential to perform real-time printing: “last label printed; first label applied”.
LINEAR PNEUMATIC CYLINDER
The label is placed on a tamp, using a vacuum. The tamp moves into position, and the vacuum switches off, using a small blast of air to push the label onto the container. This method is good for variations in product loading speed.
SEAL – L PNEUMATIC CYLINDER
The label is placed on two tamps, using a vacuum. It applies one single label and adapts it on two adjacent sides of products standing still.
SEAL – U PNEUMATIC CYLINDER
The label is placed on two tamps, using a vacuum. It applies one single label and adapts it on three adjacent sides of products standing still.
