Here are the different solutions to print and apply labels on pallets
HIGH PRECISION SAFE & HIGH PRECISION APPLICATOR
Cylinders with stroke up to 500 mm with HPS
Cylinders with stroke up to 1200 mm with HP
For the application of a label, when the product is stationary or moving. It requires "vacuum" pad for label support. Pads for A5 label are available in different versions:
- rubber
- teflon
- with springs
It can be equipped with variable stroke sensor for continuous labeling at different distances:
- photocell sensor: suitable for labeling with moving pallets that allows for approaching the surface without contact. Air blow label adaptation.
- pressure sensor: suitable for labeling with a stationary pallet. Pneumatic label adaptation.
PIVOT R PALLET APPLICATOR
For the application of one or two labels (Dual Action function) on two adjacent sides of the pallet, stationary or moving. Includes "vacuum" plate for label support, equipped with hinged label support pad.
The A5 format label is applied in "portrait" mode.
PIVOT LONG ARM APPLICATOR
For the application of one or two labels (Dual Action function, with articulated plate and joint) on two adjacent sides of the product, stationary or moving.
In Side configuration, the A5 format label is applied in "landscape" mode
MULTISIDE APPLICATOR
For the application and adaptation of 3 labels (Triple Action function), by air blow and mechanical pressure, on three adjacent sides of a stationary pallet (two separate pallet stops are required).
ACCESSORIES
T.T. printing module SATO or ZEBRA, barcode readers, vision systems.

- Actuator clear action radius check for print apply
- regular position of the pneumatic actuator check
- non-retractable actuator check, even when the machine is off
